Q: Do I need a passport to travel to Cancun?
A: Yes, everyone traveling to Mexico will need a passport, including children.

Q: What is included with the Inner Circle incentive trip?
A: Sage Software will take care of airfare, accommodations for December 4 – 7, 2008, transportation to and from the airport and all company-sponsored activities for you and your guest. You will also receive a $400 per couple credit to use at the hotel. Please see the agenda for details. We will arrange all of the logistics for you based off the information you provide when you register.

Q: I would like to extend my stay at the Ritz Carlton, what is the process for this?
A: We have arranged for our discounted group rate of $199 per night (This equal $241.39 with applicable tax and resort fees) to be available for you before and after the event. These additional nights are available by request and based on hotel availability. We cannot guarantee rooms will be available. You will select the dates you need accommodations when you register. You will need to provide a credit card when you register to hold the additional nights, if you cancel the room, you will still be charged on-site for the additional nights. Please ensure you would like to extend your stay before you reserve extra nights. Please reference question number 5 below to learn about additional fees associated with bringing your family or additional people.

Q: How can I upgrade my room?
A: We can arrange a suite upgrade for you based on the room availability at the hotel. Sage Software will cover the cost of a standard room and tax; but any additional costs will be at your expense. Please indicate your request when you register.

Q: I am planning to bring my family, how do I handle this?
A: The Ritz-Carlton will allow a maximum of three adults in the room or two adults and two children. Adults are considered anyone over the age of 12.  There will be a $60 fee per night for the third adult if they are over the age of 17. If you require a roll-away bed, there is a $60 fee we can arrange one for you. All persons attending company-sponsored events and activities must be at least 21 years of age. Q: What activities are popular in Cancun?
A: We will have a local destination management company available when you arrive to the hotel to assist you with recommending and scheduling activities. You can visit the resort Web site to learn about what Cancun has to offer.

Q: What is the dress code?
A: The recommended attire for the Awards Dinner is resort elegant. An example of resort elegant attire for men is slacks, polo shirts, button down shirts and casual shoes, or sandals. Jackets are optional. Resort elegant attire for women is slacks, skorts, skirts, sundresses, cocktail dress, and sandals. Please refer to your activity confirmation for recommended attire for your activity on Friday and Saturday. Please visit the Ritz Carlton Web site to view dress codes for the restaurants.

Q: Is there transportation to and from the airport?
A: When you arrive in the Cancun airport, a representative with Sage Software signage will meet you outside of baggage claim where they will escort you to the transportation to the Ritz-Carlton. Transportation and bellman tips are pre-paid.

Q: What costs am I responsible for on this trip?
A: Sage Software will cover all events included on the agenda and also provide you with a $400 per couple credit to the hotel to use for meals and entertainment for your entire trip. Transportation and bellman tips are also included. You are responsible for meals not specified on the agenda, meals for children or additional unpaid guests, telephone/Internet, mini-bar, and other personal activities are at your expense and are not covered by Sage Software.

Q: Will my cell phone or BlackBerry work in Cancun?
A: Some cell phone and BlackBerry services work in Cancun. Please contact your carrier before you arrive to ensure your services are set up for international service.

Q: What are the weather conditions in Cancun?
A: The average temperature is in the high 70s to lower 80s. Please visit weather.com  to see the current conditions. to see the current conditions and weather forecasts for the time of your stay.

Q: What is the process to book airfare?
A: Instructions are listed in the Travel section of the Web site. You must follow the special instructions that we provide to reserve airfare through the Sage Travel Team. Airfare should not be booked on your own or booked before you register for the event.

Q: Will I need to provide a credit card at the resort?
A: Yes, the resort will request a credit card for incidentals charged to your room. Your card will be charged when you check-out. If you extended your stay at the resort, you will also provide a credit card for these charges. Don’t forget that you will have a $200 per person ($400 per couple) credit at the resort. When you check-out, this amount will be deducted from your room bill. It is important to use your entire credit as it will expire once you check-out.

Q: What is the guest policy?
A: A qualifying employee may bring a guest chosen at the discretion of the employee. Please note that the guest must be 21 years of age or older to attend any of the Inner Circle events or activities. Sales associates who are eligible for but do not qualify for Inner Circle are prohibited from attending Inner Circle as a guest unless they are a spouse or domestic partner of another Sage employee who has qualified to attend.

Q: If I extend my stay at the Ritz-Carlton, will transportation be provided?
A: Yes, we will arrange transportation for you based on your travel dates. However, we will not arrange transportation if you stay at another hotel. Transportation is only provided between the Ritz-Carlton and the airport.

Q: Does Sage pay for airline fees for additional luggage?
A: No, Sage will cover the cost for you and your guest's airfare, but you will be responsible for fees associated with bringing additional luggage.

Q: Does Sage cover the cost of phone calls home?
A: You are responsible for the cost of phone calls. We suggest you check with you cell phone carrier to ensure you have international service. The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun sells pre paid calling cards that can be only used in the telephone booths located on the lobby level just outside the gift shop. They come in denominations of $100 pesos. If you wish to buy regular calling cards, you should buy them in the US. If you decide to buy a card in the US, the Hotel charges $5.00 dollars plus tax per connection, and the charge is applied regardless of the call being successful or not, that means that once you connect to the calling card service the $5.00 will be automatically charged to your room.
