Start Your Program
We've made starting a new program or migrating your existing program quite simple.
- Start with a phone call or e-mail. Please feel free to call us at 1-800-538-5514, or send an e-mail to SAGEGIFTCARD@checks-and-forms.com with any inquiries.
- Our program consultants will determine your needs and then assist you with a Merchant Application.
- Fax in the completed Merchant Application and voided check to 1-800-688-5246 (custom artwork can be submitted by e-mail).
Other helpful information:
If you elect to provide your own camera-ready artwork for your gift card design, be sure to follow our Custom Gift Card Artwork Requirements and include the suggested Back of the Gift Card Text.
If you have an existing POS scanner, feel free to check our Equipment Compatibility Checklist. In the event your current equipment is not listed, our Program Consultants can outline several other options to get you up and running in no time.
