The Value Partner Programs and Development team is dedicated to supporting its Value partners currently selling the following products.
From one-on-one consulting to a unique, growth-driven model, the Value Partner Program proudly offers programs created specifically for these partners.
Value Partner Workshop—$799 new partners/$399 alumni (2 participants)
The Sage Value Partner Workshop helps you focus on market and business environment changes. Your business needs and requirements are very different today than they were a few years ago. We will look to assist you in changing as a solutions provider and organization, in order to adapt to a changing market place. Take this opportunity to work on your business by attending a workshop addressing many of the issues you face today in growing your company. This workshop is a smaller condensed version of our Sage Leadership Academy, with a focus on partners that need assistance in growing.

Enrollment Period: Next workshop will be held in the Fall 2008. We will be accepting applications beginning August 2008.
Customer Workshop—$799
The Sage Customer Workshop program will help you increase your client revenue and improve your customer satisfaction. To start the program, you will attend a Customer Bootcamp provided by Sage Software where we will provide account manager training, coaching, and script development. Throughout the program, you will attend Webcasts and have the opportunity to meet with peers to find out what is and is not working for them. You must have more than 50 customers and at least one part-time employee dedicated to the program to participate.
The program includes:
Marketing Pro
Sage Marketing Pro will help you evaluate where you are with your marketing today and recommend steps to get you marketing like a pro. This service may include other recommendations to programs or marketing resources, and will include development of an annual marketing calendar.
A Value Partner Program's peer advisor will tailor an action plan to your specific needs, whether you have a full time, part time, or no marketing person onboard.
Partner Diversification
Sage Partner Diversification will help you facilitate adding other Sage Software solutions into your practice. A peer advisor will work with you, along with providing a 12-month guide, to help you successfully taking on a new product.
Organizational Development Tool
The Sage Organizational Development Tool (ODT) will help you determine if you have the right staffing to reach your financial goals. Our peer advisors will take you through the ODT, asking a series of questions that will produce a five year business model specific to your organization. This is a snap shot of your business, which you will value and continue to use for the future. The process to complete the ODT takes approximately 2 hours.
Additional Services offered to our Value Partners:
Each Sage Value Partner receives one complimentary 1-hour consultation (via phone) to evaluate the various aspects of the partner’s business and receives a customized action plan that includes recommendations on which areas they need to focus on. The peer advisor will also make recommendations on which program and/or plan would work best for them based on their needs.

Join the dialogue in our Value Partner Programs Partner Community by adding it to your Sage Partner Portal My Sage page. From your My Sage page, click “Add a secure partner site” under Single Sign-On and choose “Value Partner Community” from the drop down. You’ll be asked for your Partner ID and a User ID and password (we recommend using your First and Last Name as your user ID).
