BMD Customer Loyalty enrollment forms are now being accepted

Enrollment in the program runs for one full year following the date that Sage Software accepts your enrollment form and a participation agreement has been fully executed.

  • Agree to name a contact person from your organization that will work with Sage Software during the BMD Customer Loyalty Project term.
  • Agree to launch supplied survey including personalized link to all of your active Sage Software customers.
  • Agree to submit/upload entire Sage Software customer base (customer showing activity in the past two years) to an independent third-party survey vendor (you can choose to keep your individual customer results confidential, however certain benefits will not apply.)
  • Receive a minimum survey response rate of 20% of total customers submitted and at least 20 customer responses to be eligible for BMD President’s Circle Customer Excellence award.
  • Remain in good standing with Sage Software, with an active business partner agreement in force during membership in the BMD Customer Loyalty Project.
