Sage Software Offers Fresh Talk To Business Partners In Upcoming North America Road Show

Irvine, Calif. - January 2, 2008 - Sage Software announced today its ‘Fresh Talk Tour’ for its Business Management Division (BMD) business partners, a road show taking place in 10 select metropolitan areas across North America, beginning Monday, January 7th in Dallas/Forth Worth, TX. Led by Nina Smith, Sage Software president, BMD, the Fresh Talk Tour is the start of a new level of conversation with the company’s thousands of business partners. Smith will be discussing topics that are important to Sage Software Business Partners and Certified Consultants, including the vision for the Business Management Division for fiscal year 2008, its partnership programs, product portfolio, innovations in the technology roadmap, and strengthening of its sales, leads, and channel marketing programs.

“Dedication and commitment to our business partners is the cornerstone of our continued mutual success,” said Smith. “This Tour is designed to ensure that we maintain our strong, mutually beneficial relationships with each other, and keep our partners informed of our many strategic initiatives for 2008. I’ve met and spoken with a large number of our partners in the past few months, and look forward to meeting and talking with even more during the Tour.”

Sage Software was recently named by VARBusiness magazine as Company of the Year in their Annual Report Card (ARC) of IT vendors for 2007 in both the Business Software-Strategic and Business Software-Management categories.

“Sage Software already has a strong track record of having accessible executives,” said Peyton Burch, vice president of marketing for Dallas-based business partner MIS Group. “Seeing their top line executives out in the field in such a concentrated program shows their commitment is getting even stronger and I look forward to the dialog.”

Following the first Fresh Talk event in Dallas/Fort Worth on January 7th, the tour will continue through January 18th with stops in Atlanta, Washington, D.C., New York, Toronto, Orange County, CA, Chicago, San Francisco, Vancouver, and Phoenix.

Joining Ms. Smith on the tour will be her executive team, including Paul Johnson, the newly appointed BMD executive vice president of sales. Mr. Johnson joins Sage Software with more than 21 years of sales and business management experience, including leadership roles as an executive at IBM, Towers Perrin, and KPMG Peat Marwick. Additional speakers on the tour include: Himanshu Palsule, Sage Software executive vice president and general manager, Strategic Business Unit, BMD; Sam Hunter, senior vice president and general manager, Value Business Unit, BMD, and; Dennis Frahmann, executive vice president of marketing, BMD.

Following the Sage Software Fresh Talk Tour, Ms. Smith and Doug Meyer, president of Sage Software’s Industry and Specialized Solutions Division (ISSD), will join more than 70 Sage Software Business Partners for the official awards presentation of President’s Circle 2007 winners, to be held at The Ritz Carlton resort in Cancun, Mexico January 23-27. President’s Circle is an annual program honoring the company’s top-producing business partners across the full range of Sage Software business management solutions.
