Ms. Codispoti was previously with Outsourcing Solutions, Inc., the leading international provider of outsourced accounts receivables and “credit-to-cash” management, where she served as executive vice president and chief human resources officer, responsible for all aspects of the company’s HR operations, including managing a team of 70 HR professionals. Prior to working with Outsourcing Solutions, Inc., Ms. Codispoti was a consultant for a number of major firms in the U.S. and Canada. Ms. Codispoti also spent 6 years with Key Bank and 10 years with GE Capital as a leader in both line and staff functions. She has been responsible for whole lines of business, with one assignment including an acquisition integration role in Leeds, England.

Ms. Codispoti holds a BA in Business from Walsh University, Ohio, and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University, Ohio.
