Sage Software announced today the availability of the latest version of Sage Fundraising 100, its donor relationship management solution for medium to large nonprofit organizations. Sage Fundraising 100 version 5.0 includes enhanced document management, grant proposal, and endowment management capabilities, the Sage Information Center, customizable menu and view options, and several ease-of use enhancements. The product is being demonstrated in Booth #811, along with the company’s Sage Fundraising 50 solution for value-conscious nonprofits, through April 5 at the 43rd Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) International Conference on Fundraising at Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.“We migrated to Sage Fundraising 100 from Sage Fundraising 50 about four months ago, and use it to manage all aspects of fundraising, including event management, donor tracking and prospecting, and mailing and invoice generation,” said Peter Robinson, manager of information systems at the New Museum of Contemporary Art in New York City. “The enhancements I most appreciate in the latest version of Sage Fundraising 100 pertain to ease-of-use, especially with regard to assigning user rights. Administration is enhanced in version 5.0, while the product’s stability and reliability remain the same.”
A comprehensive Extras view expands the broad data storage options within Sage Fundraising 100, while several enhancements to the Grant Proposal and Endowment Management modules improve the user’s flexibility and workflow when working with grant proposals and endowment funds. Sage Endowment Management is offered as an a la carte module within Sage Fundraising 100, or is available as a stand-alone Endowment Management application. New customizable options, such as color-coded receivable views and favorite-action menus, help streamline processing and daily tasks for Sage Fundraising 100 users.
“Several enhancements in the latest version of Sage Fundraising 100 will help us on a daily basis,” said Gregory Kisver, manager of information services at United Jewish Communities of MetroWest N.J. “The product’s enhanced Pledge screen, with the color-coded pledges, will make it easier to identify pledge standings at a glance, while the enhanced Events view will be an asset when registering people for large events.”
The Sage Information Center, a component of the company’s Sage Desktop, is now available within Sage Fundraising 100, providing a dynamically updated source of relevant information, including access to Sage Software’s regional training calendar, and customer feedback links. Installed automatically with Sage Fundraising 100, Sage Information Center is divided into several sections: News & Announcements, Tips & Techniques, Training & Support Info, Alerts & Notifications, and Comments & Feedback. Sage Information Center was also added to the latest releases of Sage Accpac ERP, Sage BusinessWorks Accounting, Sage FAS Fixed Assets, Sage MAS 90 ERP, Sage MAS 500 ERP, Sage MIP Fund Accounting, and Sage Timberline Office.
Future versions of Sage Fundraising 100 will be updated with the full Sage Desktop, a common resource center being deployed across Sage Software products, to provide users with quick access to all the applications, information, and tasks they need for their unique roles and work processes.
Powerful and user-friendly, Sage Fundraising 100 features a full suite of integrated modules to enable nonprofits to effectively manage communications and relationships, track contacts and prospects, and manage tributes, events, volunteers, and endowments.
