system running smoothly. Sage Software offers three annual ClientCare Plans that are designed with your most frequently requested
service options in mind.
 Subscription
Plan
This plan is essential for every Sage BusinessWorks customer.
It provides automatic updates to your accounting system as well
as access to Sage Software Online (SSO)
Silver
Plan
This plan is ideal for customers who are familiar with Sage BusinessWorks and desire backup when their Sage BusinessWorks Partner is unavailable.
This plan provides 10 calls/cases to our customer support staff.
Gold
Plan
This plan is for the Sage BusinessWorks customer who places heavy
demands on their accounting system and who requires priority level
support. Unlimited calls to our customer support staff
are a benefit of this plan.
